Is there a free trial?

7 days with full access. A card is required to start, but you can cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged if you cancel before it ends. If you don't cancel, the first $189 charge happens on day 8.

How much does it cost?

$189/month per workspace, billed via Stripe. Unlimited members and demands — there is no per-seat pricing.

What happens if I cancel, or the subscription lapses?

Your workspace becomes read-only — you can still view and export everything, but not create or edit. Your data is never deleted; resubscribe anytime and pick up exactly where you left off.

Do you charge per user?

No. One flat monthly price per workspace ($189/month), with unlimited members — invite your whole team. Every member signs in with their Google work account; that is currently the only sign-in method.

How do I invite my team?

The workspace owner enters a teammate's email and gets an invite link back — no invitation email is sent, you share the link yourself (Slack, email, wherever). Your teammate opens it, signs in with the Google account matching that email, and joins. Links are single-use and expire after 30 days; re-inviting issues a fresh one.

Does my internal text go to an AI?

Yes — intake text you submit is sent to the Anthropic API to draft the structured fields. Anthropic does not use API inputs and outputs to train its models by default. Under Anthropic's standard API retention policy, inputs and outputs are automatically deleted from its backend within 30 days, subject to Anthropic's stated exceptions. All AI processing happens server-side; your Anthropic-bound content is never exposed to the browser directly. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Who can see my data?

I don't sell your personal information. Access is scoped to your workspace and the members you invite. Beyond that, I use seven third-party providers to operate the service — Supabase (database and authentication infrastructure), DigitalOcean (application hosting), Cloudflare (DNS, content delivery, and website analytics), Google (OAuth sign-in, and Google Analytics for usage measurement), Anthropic (AI processing), Resend (email we send you: the trial-ending notice, and the optional weekly workspace summary), and Stripe (subscription billing and payment processing) — and each one processes only the data necessary for its function.
